We can cut through almost any material of any thickness, including 4-inch stainless steel. And, unlike laser, EDM or plasma - based processes, our high pressure (50,000 psi) water stream cuts  without the thermal distortion which can result in material fatigue or failure. Plus, waterjet cutting leaves a burr-free edge so little or no additional finishing is required. We use a robotically-controlled machine which gives us the freedom to cut configurations in most 3-dimensional composite parts. We can work from your prints, drawings, DXF or IGES files, or we can design a cutting pattern from scratch from your specifications.
